DESCRIPTION
At nearly 900,000 square feet, the building is the largest building on the Rochester Technology Park Campus. Located on lot C, tax parcel number 262600 118.06-1-9 in the heart of Rochester Technology Park, the building features easy access to both Buffalo Road on the south and Route 531 Expressway on the north. The building was constructed for use as a manufacturing and office facility in 1980 and features ample parking on the north side of the building. Easy entry and exit is available through two glass-faced reception areas, one near the west end and one near the east end of the building. The lobby on the east end of the building has a food service/deli location for building tenants. The building also features a 14,000 square foot cafeteria with a commercial kitchen on the second floor. In addition, there are twelve fully enclosed truck docks, five external truck docks and one drive-in door.
