DESCRIPTION

Located on lot N, tax parcel number 262600 118.10-1-5 at the southern end of the Rochester Technology Park, the building features easy access to Buffalo Road on the south side of the campus. The building is comprised primarily of warehouse, office and laboratory space and features a two-story entrance hall at the southeast corner with an open stairway. There are two, 16 foot drive-in doors that open into a truck well with a ramp to the main building where there are nine fully enclosed truck docks. In addition, there are two grade level doors which opens directly into the high bay warehouse area in ITT's space.
